A quick 6-question application process for members age 54 and under means it is easier to apply for quality disability income protection. If we find no further medical information is needed upon review of your application, then you’re done! It’s as easy as that.
- Apply for up to a $6,000 monthly benefit if you are age 44 and under
- Apply for up to a $3,000 monthly benefit if you are age 45 to 54
If you are age 55 to 59 or would like up to a $10,000 monthly benefit, then you may apply by completing a full application.
